Introduction
This Category contains terminology that are used in CBNRM in connection with knowledge management, analytical, and practical use of and work on CBNRM. Terminology that is used in development work more generally - specifically in the areas of environment and natural resource management, governance, and participatory approaches - are also included. Translations of key terms between select languages are included. Information on sources for many of the terms, together with comments, are available. As a rule, and where appropriate, terms are given in the singular. A Background on this Category is available, as are the Sources used.
All terms are listed in the general Groups (see below). Terms that are determined by CBNRM Net as being specifically related to CBNRM are listed in the general Groups, but are presented in detail in the specific CBNRM Groups (see below).
