These pages focus on the application of ICT to development aid. And, as a corollary, on the complex relationship between ICT and development aid.

Context statement

This is a very large field, and some self-imposed limitations is in order. Thematically, the focus will be specific ICTs, namely email and the Internet, and especially as applied to networking activities, broadly defined, within the area of natural resource management. Geographically speaking there is an emphasis on Sub-Saharan Africa.
